Read First

Two separate things install here

The Command Center plugin = the engine (Adam + the specialist team + the content-radar agent). Installed on its own.
The brain bundle (the JSON) = Mohamed's memory that goes into the engine. Imported after.

The JSON does not contain the plugin. Install the plugin first, then import the brain. In that order.

Install

Two steps

Install the plugin (the engine) via zip upload

On Mohamed's Mac, in the Claude Desktop app:

Open Customize → Plugins.
Click the + (add plugin).
Upload command-center-v2.3.2.zip. It installs under his personal files.
Restart the session, then type /command-center once to confirm it's live.

No terminal, no git, no marketplace access — the zip is self-contained.

Import the brain (his memory + the agent's watchlist)

Copy the JSON onto his Mac (Desktop is fine).
In a Command Center session, run:

/import /Users/<his-user>/Desktop/mohamed-souk-talks.command-center-brain.json

This writes all 8 brain files into his brand/ folder and instantiates Adam. Because the watchlist is inside the bundle, this single import sets up both the brain and the content agent.

Then delete the JSON from his machine. It's his full confidential business brain in plaintext. The import command reminds you too.

Confirm

Verify it loaded

The Demo Moment

Run the content agent

/content-radar                 → ranked ideas across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
/content-engine <top pick>      → writes that asset in Mohamed's voice

Runs keyless out of the box (WebSearch + whatever he authorizes). No API keys.
Optional: run /connect and authorize his YouTube so reads move from "hypothesis" to measured.

A first batch of 12 content ideas is already generated (in brand/reports/) — show it to prove the agent works on day one. Top pick: "Underwrite the downside first" — a real project stress-test on camera.

Capture at the meeting: his 12-month goals, real AUM / pipeline numbers, and ownership splits — flagged needs-input in the brain. Feed them to Adam and the brain is complete.
